Artisan Apartments

Higgins Homes’ new Artisan Apartments reflect the Arts and Crafts style of architecture that pervades the town of Loughton. Vicaima’s Just White Superior internal doors with horizontal grooves have been used throughout, adding a clean and fresh look to these stunning apartments. The solid core doors were supplied as doorsets allowing quick and easy installation and include FD30 fire doors. As well as the internal doors, Vicaima also supplied Just White Superior entrance doorsets for the development. All doors are FSC® certified.

Located in one of the most prestigious and culturally dynamic regions of the City of Philadelphia, in the United States of America, the Arthaus Condominiums chose Vicaima solutions for the doors of the flats of the prestigious building.

The 280 rooms of this Luxury hotel, integrate Vicaima’s 30 minute fire resistant Portaro ® with acoustic isolation, and the access areas, the 60 minute fire resistant Portaro ®. The refinement of sucupira and the natural nobility of the oak, were the tones selected for the interiors.

Vicaima provided a number of key products for this Five-star boutique hotel. 30 and 60 minute fire resistant Portaro® where specified for entrances and public areas. This bespoke doors ranged from matt white to natural veneer.

Vicaima is again present in the hotel sector, taking its customised solutions to the ABC Hotel Porto Boavista, a space aiming to express contemporaneity, whilst paying tribute, through a visual conversation, with the neighbouring cultural ex-libris: the Casa da Música.
